Rinad Bsharat was born in Mafraq, Jordan. Her family immigrated to New York in 1980 and eventually settled in Harrison, New York, where Rinad was raised with her two brothers and sister.
She earned a BS at The George Washington University and a law degree at The City University of New York School of Law. Rinad works as a lawyer with the federal government and is a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia. She is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BARRED, a gaming app aimed at helping law students to study for the bar exam.
A nine-time cancer survivor and an avid traveler, Rinad is a proud aunt to eight nieces and nephews. She currently lives in northern Virginia with her husband, Bertrand, and mini-Husky, Kaia.
